Home Ownership Without the Hassle.
We've got Your Back
Unlock Your Dream Home with McGill Company Inc's as we connect you for USDA-Funded Loans for Low-Income Individuals.
Owning a home is a dream shared by many, but financial barriers often stand in the way. With McGill Company Inc and our partnership with The HUBB Community Development Corporation, that dream can become a reality – even for low-income individuals.
We specialize in closing deals quickly, enabling you to move into your new home without unnecessary delays. While the speed of closing depends on the cooperation of the borrower or broker, our streamlined process typically allows The HUBB to close within 7 to 10 business days once a full package is received.
Here's How Our Efficient Process Works:
Initial Consultation: Contact us via call or email to determine the feasibility of the loan.
Application Submission: The borrower or broker submits the application for review.
Term Sheet Issuance: Our Loan Officer issues a term sheet outlining the loan's details.
Fees Payment: The borrower pays the required application and appraisal fees.
Full Document Submission: The borrower or broker submits the full document package for evaluation.
Underwriting Review: Our underwriting team reviews the file, ensuring all details are in order.
Request for Clarifying Information: If needed, we'll request additional information to clarify any uncertainties.
Clarifying Information Submission: The borrower provides any requested clarifying information.
File Proceeds to Closing: Once all information is verified, the file goes to closing.
Done Deal! Congratulations on your new home!
